Sri Joydip and Sri Joydip Ashram nominated for Gifted CitiZen Award, for Million Mind Transformation Project ( A globally recognized award appreciating highly talented social entrepreneurs who have become a part of Global Change and Improvement ).
Each year the Gifted CitiZen Prize, is given to the best social entrepreneurship project that has the ability to benefit 10 million people over the next six years.This international prize honors the passion of those that seek to develop real solutions to humanity’s most pressing issues. Those that are recognized with the Gifted CitiZen Prize are celebrated for their ability to defy contemporary paradigms and generate pragmatic answers to the most urgent global needs.Besides this recognition the winning project receives the sum of $100,000 USD to finance its continuation.
The prize is presented during the Ciudad de las Ideas festival, which is the
biggest convention of bright minds in all of Latin America. Ciudad de las Ideas takes place each year in Puebla, Mexico. The selected finalists receive a scholarship in order to attend the festival and the winner is revealed during the event.

This prize is an initiative of Poder Cívico A.C. and Ciudad de las Ideas, in association with Singularity University.This prize is primarily funded by Comex and has the important support of Grupo Salinas, Aeroméxico and the Government of the State of Puebla in Mexico.

Sri Joydip Ashram is nominated for the Million Mind Transformation Project launched at 8th April , 2012 to make a outreach of Sri Joydip’s teaching to 10 million people on next 6 years, on application of Spiritual Values based on Bhagvad Gita and Advaita Philosophy in Management and Media for solving some of the pressing global problem like financial and environmental crisis . The mode of solution of these problems where shown on Sri Joydip’s teachings based on the inspiration of his Guru Lord Arunachalam Shiva in an inside-out model, where the inner transformation will lead to outer transformation, which has impressed the selection team and the program director of Gifted Citizen Award.
