Wellness Meditation ( Surya Dhyana)

Surya Dhana Meditation ( Wellness Meditation) is one of the most powerful practise to build “Wellness” in our day to day life . However , Surya Dhana meditation is a very advance spiritual practise, and it is recommended, only when a mind has achieved certain level of tranquillity, by doing the Wellness Yoga – a combination of Surya Yoga and Surya Shakti Kriya.

There are many schools who want many people to get into meditation to start with , without the necessary purification it required. Those things doesn’t works very well , as until your mind is enough purified, you can move either into day dreaming or into memories closing your eyes. That’s why we recommend to do Surya Yoga and Surya Shakti Kriya to purify the mind , that it can focus in one thought leaving other thoughts.

So , here are some rules of Wellness Meditation which is simple and effective, and which we teach in our Wellness Meditation in Wellness Program.

Rule #1 :  Rewire the Brain by relaxing – To start with you have to prepare the brain to meditate and that comes with a period of relaxation . As we mentioned earlier a combination of mantra chanting , simple breathing exercise can help the mind to become quiet and come out from the usual state of mental chatting and day dreaming.

Rule #2  : Become Aware – This is the second step of meditation is to become aware about the different activities which is happening in our inner world . Normally we are absolutely unaware about what is going on in our bodies.  Generally , we are unattentive to what we are thinking right now , what we are feeling right now and what we are sensing right now. The second rule is to become aware . For that awareness to grow , you need an inner vision which Surya Yoga and Surya Shakti Kriya helps you to grow . It’s like an inner sun which has to rise inside you . Just like the external sun helps you to see the world around you , the inner sun from Surya yoga helps you to observe the world inside you.

Rule #3 : Let go : Once you have become aware about what is going on in the body. Let it go . Let the thoughts , emotions and sensation go away from the mind . Better you practise , Surya Yoga and Surya Shakti Kriya , better becomes your relaxation and awareness . Once you improve in these you can also improve on the final process of Letting go.
