In a deeper level , a sin manifest, when we loose the control of senses due to different distortion of mind – anger , lust , greed , arrogance , jealousy and excessive desire . This distracts the mind, towards external world, and makes it loose its balance, which creates different forms of suffering and disease, which is the by product of the sin, created from the inability to protect the mind from vicious influences. And finally, there is different form of Yogic and spiritual practise, which brings the “Pratyahara” of the mind back, and that is when mind becomes free, from the vicious circle of wrong thoughts and emotion, and regains its power to have control over itself and also the situations.
